This leader will drive a safety-first culture, oversee production and maintenance, improve plant efficiency and develop high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in plant operations, preferably within paper converting or packaging. They should also bring a strong background in Lean and continuous improvement, as well as posses a proven track record of building engaged, accountable teams.
