Charles Aris team members complete fall career-fair circuit
Charles Aris Inc. recently completed its fall career-fair circuit with visits to four of the Piedmont Triad’s leading universities in North Carolina. Our executive recruiting team would like to extend its appreciation to UNC Greensboro, Wake Forest University, High Point University and Elon University for the opportunity to connect with the region’s future leaders.
Amid its seventh consecutive year of record-setting growth, Charles Aris is actively seeking talent for associate recruiter positions and internships. We are proud to boast one of the Triad’s top internship programs, with opportunities available in recruiting, training, marketing and research.
The retained executive search firm’s efforts to identify the Triad’s best and brightest collegians are led by senior associate practice leader Ashlee Wagner and senior associate recruiter Derek Gracey.
“Being a part of campus recruiting for the Fall 2017 semester was such a great experience,” Wagner said. “I love being able to give back to our firm and meet the future leaders of our community as we grow.”
The recent campus visits provided another opportunity for Charles Aris team members to raise the company’s brand awareness in North Carolina’s Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and Burlington areas.
“I’ve really enjoyed being part of the Charles Aris campus recruiting this semester – it’s fun to meet today’s college students, talk about their career goals, and see whether Charles Aris would be a good fit for them,” Gracey said. “Plus, we get to teach people about our firm and what we do, which is a great way to build our presence in the community.”
