Our client is an international aerospace manufacturer that is continuing to invest in and grow its North American operations. The organization is searching for a Site General Manager who will lead all operations, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance and human capital at its only United States-based production facility. The ideal candidate has an engineering background and has recently shown proven success in driving positive cultural transformation within a manufacturing environment through leadership and professional development. Experience with precision manufacturing such as CNC machining is preferred but not required.
