The Chief Production Officer provides leadership for all aspects of this organization, with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit and return on investment. This individual manages and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives, overseeing the daily and ongoing operations of all divisions in the company. The Chief Production Officer will also develop and implement business strategies and procedures that maximize production efficiency, drive profitability and motivate others to accomplish goals and tasks. They will promote communication, collaboration and leadership among departments to create a unified team across the organization while providing support to direct reports to allow them to drive company initiatives and lead their respective teams.
