Our client is a market-leading laboratory testing business with a global footprint. Recently acquired by a leading private equity firm, this organization is looking for a world-class Head of Corporate Development to report directly to the CEO and oversee all aspects of M&A. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of M&A experience, which must include current or prior experience in the biotechnology research, diagnostics or laboratory testing sectors. Previous investment banking or private equity experience is also preferred.
