Our client is adding a net-new member to its established Originations team, who will lead / build out the direct sourcing function. The firm employs a next-level thinking approach with a great heritage of pushing the envelope on growth and efficiency through its originations / business development strategies. The Vice President of Direct Sourcing will be responsible for the initial build out of best practices, KPI building and group organization prior to hiring a lean team that will support the direct sourcing efforts, in addition to direct sourcing for both add-on and platform investments.
