Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Corporate Development will be a vital part of the company’s growth (primarily through M&A and Denovo) and identifying key targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in investment banking / private equity and 6-9 years of healthcare-focused M&A experience; behavioral health is preferred.
