The Controller is responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls and audit activities. This person will maximize the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. Furthermore, the Controller will manage personnel and collaborate with other leaders across the organization to develop policies and controls that keep assets secure. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller plays a critical role in growth strategy and ensuring financial practices align with business objectives.
