Additionally, this leader will play a critical role in the overall growth initiatives across the business, working closely with the CEO and CGO. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of M&A experience within commercial/industrial services, with a proven track record of leading deals from start to finish.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
