Our client is adding a net-new member to its established originations team, who will help lead and grow the research function. This firm employs a next-level thinking approach with a great heritage of pushing the envelope on growth and efficiency through its originations / business development strategies. This Research Manager will be responsible for performing industry research, coming up with new investment ideas, building investment theses and eventually begin to manage this research team by being responsible for overall performance. The ideal candidate will have exposure to commercial due diligence projects or market research, managerial experience/aptitude and a desire to be in a research role long term (note: this is not a stepping stone to an investing seat).
