Our client is a leading private equity firm with $1.6B in assets under management that focuses its investments in founder-led, lower middle-market manufacturing, industrial technology and industrial services businesses. The firm is seeking a net new Principal as part of its growing portfolio operations / center of excellence team who will focus on and play a pivotal role in driving integration and project management offices across portfolio companies. This high-impact position offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, influence key decisions and shape the future of the investment strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience with 3+ years of top-tier management consulting experience in addition to 3+ years working in a transformation or integration role.
