Our client is a global, private equity-backed tech-enabled services platform seeking a Manager of Corporate Development to support its M&A strategy in North America. This role will assist with sourcing, evaluating and executing strategic, primarily bolt-on acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate development, with strong analytical skills and a passion for M&A in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
