THE LOCATION: 299 North Greene Street in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Design and develop learning solutions using sound instructional design principles
  • Manage onboarding and learning schedules
  • Facilitate instructor-led training, virtual learning, webinars and other mediums as needed
  • Implement learning solutions, including the facilitating of learning sessions across the firm
  • Conduct needs analyses, which articulate the current state, end state and gap to which the learning is targeted
  • Liaison with VP, Human Capital to determine learning needs and activities needed to support the business
  • Build relationships with the business and collaborate with them to identify learning needs
  • Work with partners to determine indicators to measure learning impact
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in learning and development solutions and initiatives
  • Use project management to define and meet project milestones; communicate issues and risks in a timely manner; manage business partners’ expectations; and deliver results

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of adult learning principles, practices and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in adult learning or related field, or the equivalent experience
  • At least three years of related experience required
