Caroline Wilson is a Charles Aris vice president who leads the company’s Private Equity recruiting practice serving P.E. firms, hedge funds and asset management clients. As a leading member of the Charles Aris Strategy & Corporate Development practice, Caroline primarily focuses on recruiting current and former management consultants from McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, and The Boston Consulting Group, as well as other top-tier strategy consulting firms.
Since joining Charles Aris in 2007, Caroline has served a variety of client organizations across the executive search firm’s Strategy & Corporate Development practice. Her rise from associate recruiter to practice leader and then vice president has enabled her to gain extensive knowledge of the Charles Aris executive recruiting process to deliver A-level talent to her clients in an timely manner.
Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Averett University. She enjoys spending time with family and cheering on the Duke Blue Devils basketball team. She also loves traveling and various cuisines, having taken culinary tours in more than eight cities.

2019 Mid-Year Offer Report: During the first half of 2019, Charles Aris coordinated more than 45 offers to strategy consultants. This report includes a sampling of the offers and the subsequent results. Each offer includes five components: title, base salary, equity, annual bonus and sign-on. Also included is the type of entity extending the offer, as well as the consulting firm at which the candidate was employed.
