Prior to joining Charles Aris Executive Search, Heather worked for a sales training and consulting firm working with several Fortune 1000 clients. There, she advised her clients on best practices in recruiting, coaching and developing their sales departments.
Heather holds a bachelor of science degree in business management and finance from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Married since 1999, Heather and her husband, Tripp, are raising their son in Oak Ridge, North Carolina. In her spare time, Heather can often be found at her local CrossFit gym working out with her husband and son.
