Heather Porter is a senior associate practice leader with a focus on identifying, recruiting and placing top Sales & Marketing talent in Industrial Manufacturing.

In her time with the firm, Heather has also conducted executive searches in the functional realms of Engineering & OperationsFinance & Accounting and Strategy & Corporate Development.

Before joining Charles Aris, Heather served as the ad systems coordinator for the Greensboro News & Record. Prior to that, she worked with Cold Stone Creamery as the director of operations for North Carolina and South Carolina.

Heather, who earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Greensboro College, enjoys Alabama Crimson Tide football and spending time with her husband, Ben; their daughter, Genevieve; and their son, Reece.
