Heather Porter is an associate practice leader who recruits across multiple practices at Charles Aris Inc.

Heather works across an array of functional realms including but not limited to Sales & Marketing, Pricing, Finance & Accounting, Engineering & Operations and Strategy & Corporate Development.

Before joining Charles Aris, Heather served as the ad systems coordinator for the Greensboro News & Record. Prior to that, she worked with Cold Stone Creamery as the director of operations for North Carolina and South Carolina.

Heather, who earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Greensboro College, enjoys Alabama Crimson Tide football and spending time with her husband, Ben; their daughter, Genevieve; and their son, Reece.
