Jody Karavanic Bischoff
Jody (Karavanic) Bischoff is a Strategy & Corporate Development vice president who leads the firm’s Healthcare recruiting practice serving payor, provider, pharma, biotech, medical device, healthcare services and health tech clients.
Since joining Charles Aris Executive Search in 2005, Jody has worked in an array of additional industries including Healthcare, Consumer / Retail, Financial Services and Industrial Manufacturing. She has also worked across multiple functional areas including Corporate Strategy, Sales & Marketing, General Management and Human Capital. She has made dozens of placements at some of the world’s largest companies.
Jody holds a bachelor’s degree in business / industry psychology and an MBA degree from Marshall University.
Jody and her husband, Doug, enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling and going to hear live music — especially by The Avett Brothers and Pearl Jam.

2020 Mid-Year Offer Report: During the first half of 2020, Charles Aris coordinated more than 45 offers to strategy consultants. This report includes a sampling of the offers and the subsequent results. Each offer includes five components: title, base salary, equity, annual bonus and sign-on. Also included is the type of entity extending the offer, as well as the consulting firm at which the candidate was employed.
