Michael Riek is a Technology practice leader for the business process services industry (BPS, BPO, contact centers) with a functional focus on recruiting senior leaders in Operations and Business Development.
Michael has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience and has started several global business process outsourcing companies focused on inbound customer care, technical support and back-office support programs. He has established contact centers in Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, India and the United States.
Today, Michael identifies key management professionals for his captive and outsourced contact center clients. He leverages his deep recruiting expertise and the Charles Aris 14-Step Priority Search Process to ensure that world-class talent is introduced to industry-leading organizations.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his MBA degree from Wake Forest University.
Married since 1997, Michael and his wife, Cecilia, are raising four sons. In his spare time, Michael enjoys coaching and playing sports with his sons. He teaches entrepreneurship courses in the Bryan School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
