"What was far and beyond anything I have experienced was Michael’s ability to understand my business, my needs and where we are going. Then he was able to find quality individuals and really sell them on my business. It was really cool to talk to people he had spoken to. He never threw me a stack of resumes and the folks he introduced to me were quality individuals. I couldn’t be happier."
