Director of Training & Development
Rich Williams is the director of training and development at Charles Aris Inc.
Rich previously served as an associate leader in the firm, working closely with corporate clients in the business services industry and specializing in the contract security sector.
A retired U.S. Navy chief petty officer, Rich began his recruiting career while serving in the Navy as a recruiter-in-charge. Prior to joining Charles Aris, he was a naval science instructor for the Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps unit of a high school after serving more than 20 years as a flight crewman on the Navy’s P-3 aircraft, where he was certified as an aviation electronics/ordnance Master Training Specialist.
Rich earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia College.
Rich loves astronomy. When he lived in Hawaii, he observed and catalogued 80 of the 103 Messier Objects. Rich also enjoys riding his 2015 Harley Ultra Limited.
