TJ Deal is a vice president with a functional focus on Strategy & Corporate Development. He specializes in recruiting A-level corporate development and M&A talent for Private Equity portfolio companies.
Before joining Charles Aris Executive Search, TJ directed military accounts for Arbor Supply, a brokerage firm that facilitates the distribution of non-food items to the Military Commissaries. There, he enjoyed building lasting professional relationships as a business liaison.
TJ earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he held leadership positions in UNC’s chapter of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
TJ sits in our Washington, D.C. office and enjoys coaching youth basketball, reading and culinary ventures.
