About Ginna

Ginna Ronis is a senior associate practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search. Her primary focus is on corporate development and M&A leadership roles for organizations across life sciences.

Ginna has 15 years of experience recruiting for the life sciences and healthcare industries across functions. Prior to Charles Aris, her focus was within life science services, recruiting executives into marketing and commercial roles for private equity and venture capital-backed organizations.

Ginna earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Arizona in Tucson. She enjoys spending time with her family (husband: Chad, son: Sam and dog: George) as well as hiking, music and anytime she can get to a beach. Ginna is also a fan of all Kansas City sports; Go Royals and go Chiefs!
