About Micah
Micah Wells is a senior associate practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search. His primary focus is in the agriculture production and genomics sectors.
Prior to joining Charles Aris, Micah’s lifelong career in agriculture spans across the pharmaceutical; animal nutrition; ventilation and lighting; and genomic sectors.
Micah double majored in rangeland ecology and crop and soil science and earned his masters in ecology and animal science at Oregon State University.
Micah lives outside of Chicago with his fiancé Kristin and their dog Scraps and cat Patches. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, traveling and cooking. He loves to make good BBQ from brisket to curing and smoking his own bacon.
