ABOUT MEGAN

Megan Kaspar is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris, where she specializes in identifying and placing top-tier strategy and go-to-market talent for clients in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industry.

Before joining Charles Aris, Megan worked at Experis as both a recruiter and business development manager, where she successfully matched skilled IT and technology professionals with leading companies while driving business growth. Prior to her career in recruiting, she was a special education and English as a second language (ESL) teacher in Massachusetts.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University and a master’s degree in special education from American International College.

Now residing in North Carolina with her husband, Megan enjoys spending her free time outdoors with their two dogs and caring for their small flock of six chickens.
