ABOUT KEYERA
Keyera Paschal is an associate recruiter focused primarily on recruiting within the finance and corporate development function for healthcare companies.
Prior to joining Charles Aris, Keyera worked at Elevance Health (formerly known as Anthem) in several roles but most recently worked as a talent operations coordinator.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in health services management with a minor in business administration from East Carolina University. She earned her MBA with a concentration in human resource management from A&T State University.
Keyera enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, traveling, trying new restaurants and being active outdoors.
