About Miguel
Miguel Morales is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search.
He graduated from the University of Houston in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Prior to joining Charles Aris, Miguel worked as a resourcing coordinator at NextDecade and as a staffing specialist at Effex Management Solutions.
Miguel grew up in Houston, Texas, where he continues to live with his wife, their two dogs and their newborn daughter, Nicole. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, including hiking, camping and walking around the neighborhood, as well as playing tennis, disc golf and grilling.
