Madison Scherer is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management from Elon University, where she was an active member of Alpha Chi Omega and SHRM. Prior to joining Charles Aris, Madison worked as a recruiter, where she cultivated her passion for people-focused work.

Madison lives in North Carolina and enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new coffee shops and hiking with her dog. Originally from Ohio, she also loves being by the lake.
