About Meredith

Meredith Shepard serves as an account manager at Aris Amplify, a contingent search division of Charles Aris Executive Search.

Prior to joining Aris Amplify, she worked as recruitment manager at De Lacy Executive Recruitment and as a prospective student coordinator for Oklahoma State University.

Meredith brings extensive recruitment experience across agriculture, food/beverage manufacturing, education, health and aviation. She earned her MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.

Meredith resides in north-central Oklahoma with her husband, Ryan, and their two children, Thea and Coy. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, traveling, camping, baking and reading whenever possible.
