This is a high-impact sales opportunity within a market already seeded with proven, game-changing results, including near-doubled county yields and contest-winning farms achieved largely through remote engagement. The role owns and expands the territory by building and growing channel partner relationships, driving revenue through upselling and sell-through support, leading on-farm engagement, demos and tradeshows, delivering measurable yield and ROI results, executing business plans in CRM and bringing agronomic and market insights back to leadership. The ideal candidate is an A-Player with five or more years of agriculture sales success, strong regional knowledge, credibility with growers and dealers, comfort translating soil health innovations and experience working through distribution networks.
