The Senior Sales Associate is a highly experienced B2B sales and estimating professional with a background in structural steel fabrication. The role is responsible for identifying upcoming projects, developing relationships with contractors and engineers, managing takeoffs and converting opportunities into profitable steel packages. This hybrid role requires being onsite at the Thomasville plant multiple days per week while proactively pursuing new structural steel opportunities in the Carolinas, building strong relationships with contractors and engineers, tracking projects, driving sales, reviewing drawings for bid strategy, coordinating with estimating resources and translating customer needs into fabrication packages. Candidates must have structural steel fabrication experience, proven B2B sales or estimating success, strong knowledge of steel scopes and workflows, existing relationships in the Carolinas market and comfort working in a family-owned, entrepreneurial environment.
