About Crystal

Crystal Partridge is an associate recruiter in the Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain Practice at Charles Aris Executive Search.

Crystal grew up in Houston and later moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where she attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College on a Perkette Dance scholarship and earned an associate of science degree. Prior to joining Charles Aris, she spent 14 years in recruiting, primarily supporting the engineering, science, construction and operations sectors.

Outside of work, Crystal is an animal advocate and is involved with Last Chance, First Hope, a nonprofit rescue organization. She and her partner have three dogs, a Great Dane, a Schnauzer and a Shiranian. They spend much of their free time cruising the beach in their Jeep with the top off, listening to music and trying new restaurants.
