The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by managing scheduling, document preparation, data entry, phone communication and organized recordkeeping to ensure smooth workflow across the organization. This role assists management, field teams and customers by coordinating calendars, maintaining filing systems, preparing reports and correspondence, handling purchasing and invoice entry and providing responsive customer service. The Administrative Assistant also helps with new‑hire onboarding, vendor coordination and general office upkeep while representing the company professionally. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and a positive, team‑oriented attitude; Spanish language skills are a plus.
