About Jason
Jason Simpson is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search, where he supports the firm’s Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain Practice.
Jason earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Shenandoah University in 2020 and 2021, respectively. While at Shenandoah, he was a member of the university’s lacrosse team, balancing the demands of academics and athletics.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason spent three years in the financial sector as an investment analyst before transitioning into recruiting, where he focused on IT and government services talent. Outside of work, Jason enjoys watching sports, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
