The Supply Chain Manager will lead and optimize all aspects of supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of critical materials and alignment with production and customer requirements. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, managing inventory levels and accuracy, supporting production planning and developing strategies to meet service and stock objectives while maintaining compliance with customer EDI requirements. The position also includes overseeing supplier performance, managing procurement challenges and driving continuous improvement through KPI tracking and process optimization. Additionally, the Supply Chain Manager will lead and develop a team, ensuring effective resource allocation and a high-performance, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, has five to seven years of experience within the automotive industry, strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management, proficiency in ERP systems and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
