Sophia Julio is a senior recruiter for Aris Amplify.

She is a Chicago-based senior recruiter with more than six years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate, technical and executive search. Sophia has built and led high-performing recruiting teams in complex, multistate environments, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive strategic hiring initiatives and scalable talent processes.

She brings a thoughtful, relationship-first approach to search, combining strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the candidate experience, stakeholder management and organizational growth.

Sophia holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology, with minors in psychology, philosophy and forensic science. Her academic background has shaped her intuitive, people-centered approach to recruiting.

She enjoys staying active through strength training and jiu-jitsu, exploring the city’s food scene, hosting dinner parties and creating lifestyle content centered on wellness and connection.
