About Matthew

Matthew Grone is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search, where he focuses on recruiting talent across engineering and operations functions.

Before joining Charles Aris, Matthew earned a degree in economics from the University of Delaware and spent three years working in professional sports operations.

He then moved into the recruiting and staffing industry with a boutique firm in the Washington, DC metro area, specializing in cleared government contracting roles.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys coaching youth baseball, attending Baltimore Orioles games at Camden Yards and spending time with his wife and dog in the Baltimore area.
