Elaine Leff serves as a managing director for Charles Aris, specializing in connecting clients with interim and fractional executives, advisors and independent consulting talent.

Elaine brings more than 18 years of experience in the on-demand and interim talent industry. Prior to joining Charles Aris, she spent much of her career with the Business Talent Group and Heidrick & Struggles, advising private equity and corporate clients on interim executive talent and independent consulting solutions.

She also has expertise working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to address critical leadership needs and support transformation and value-creation initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Elaine held various roles in strategy consulting, strategic planning and business development, including advising private equity clients at L.E.K. Consulting across the transaction lifecycle.

Elaine earned her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Elaine enjoys tennis, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family. She also serves as a board member of Bay Area Cancer Connections.
