About Riley

Riley is an associate recruiter on the healthcare and consumer strategy team at Charles Aris Executive Search, based out of the firm’s D.C. office.

After graduating from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, she spent time living and working abroad in Asia and Australia, where she gained a diverse range of experience within the hospitality industry.

Her roles included serving as a guest service agent at a four-star island resort, operations manager for a hospitality startup group and executive assistant to a Sydney-based life coach.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys traveling, staying active through yoga and the gym and discovering new cafés with a good book in hand.
