Blaine Ayres is a practice leader at Charles Aris who spends his time recruiting top strategy and go-to-market talent for clients in professional services and TMT.
Blaine joined Charles Aris as an associate recruiter shortly after completing his undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of North Carolina – Greensboro.
He quickly developed his niche recruiting former strategy consultants, often from the Big Three consultancies (McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company and The Boston Consulting Group).
While working his way from associate recruiter to practice leader, Blaine found further alignment in the TMT industry, where he partners with software/hardware, media and telecom companies.
Blaine currently lives in Washington, DC and enjoys running and being active outdoors. He co-leads the Charles Aris Wellness Committee and helped create the annual company basketball tournament.
