The Plant Superintendent manages daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and compliance. The role supports production managers, oversees plant staff, tracks key performance metrics and ensures adherence to standardized processes and Food Safety, GMP and HACCP guidelines. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the superintendent helps maintain efficient workflows, resolve operational issues and meet production and cost targets. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of manufacturing experience are required.
