The Operations Lead oversees all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence and strict adherence to brand, food safety and labor standards. This role is responsible for hiring, training and developing a high-performing team, maintaining strong operational controls and consistently achieving key performance, profitability and service metrics. The Operations Lead manages scheduling, compliance, administrative duties and the execution of new initiatives while fostering a collaborative, service-focused culture aligned with company values. The position requires strong operational and financial acumen, the ability to drive results through people and experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
