The Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations across multiple departments and shipping, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met. This role acts as a visible, metrics-driven leader on the shop floor, managing teams, labor allocation and performance while applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. The Operations Manager partners with maintenance, quality, planning and logistics to minimize downtime, maintain material flow and resolve operational issues, while also leading training, SOP development and workforce development initiatives. The position offers growth potential into senior leadership as the company continues to expand.
