This Manager will oversee and execute all core HR functions for a boutique financial advisory firm, partnering closely with firm leadership on employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits administration and compliance. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining confidential employee records, administering benefits and compensation programs, leading full-cycle recruiting, supporting talent development initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal and Arizona employment laws and assisting with workplace investigations and policy updates. The ideal candidate brings between five and ten years of progressive HR experience, preferably in financial or professional services, with a strong understanding of HR best practices, multi-state compliance and the ability to operate independently while fostering a high-performance, relationship-driven culture.
