This role focuses on driving new business development within the aerospace and defense markets, targeting new customers and converting opportunities through a proactive, tenacious and self-motivated approach. The position requires strong commercial awareness to identify opportunities and risks, along with the ability to think strategically while challenging the status quo with innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities and a process-driven mindset to effectively prioritize and maximize productivity. Proficiency with business systems such as CRM, ERP and Excel is essential, along with the ability to manage a structured, results-oriented workday and travel up to 50% to meet with customers and prospects.
