The Competitive Marketing Program Manager will lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns designed to win competitive accounts, displace incumbents and drive pipeline growth across target industries. This role is responsible for building and refining competitive account lists using data insights, industry signals and buying cycles, while partnering cross-functionally with sales, SDR, product marketing and customer success to align strategies and maximize market impact. Key responsibilities include launching targeted campaigns, managing competitive intelligence, developing sales enablement tools such as battlecards and messaging and supporting field activation through events, webinars and executive programs. The role also involves tracking performance metrics such as pipeline, win rates and market share, and continuously optimizing programs for scale and ROI. The ideal candidate brings five to nine years of experience in B2B product, demand or competitive marketing (preferably in SaaS), a strong analytical mindset, experience with account-based and competitive programs and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to travel up to 40%.
