Our client is seeking a proven, elite-level hunter for an executive individual contributor role focused on high-stakes, new-logo acquisition within large, complex, multimillion-dollar 3PL and contract packaging engagements. This position owns the full business development lifecycle targeting Fortune 500 and 1000 CPG, food and beverage, personal care and consumer products companies. The role emphasizes engagement with vice president and C-suite supply chain, procurement and operations leaders. Responsibilities include building and driving a $10 million-plus pipeline from scratch; developing vertical-specific go-to-market strategies; sourcing opportunities through direct outreach and industry networks; leading complex, multistakeholder sales cycles; translating operational requirements into tailored solutions; and negotiating multiyear agreements ranging from $2 million to $20 million-plus annually. The role requires deep experience across 3PL and co-pack service lines, including warehousing, fulfillment, kitting and packaging. Candidates must bring strong operational and regulatory knowledge, including SQF, BRC, GMP and FDA/FSMA, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles of 12 to 24 or more months. Executive-level communication, cross-functional leadership and a willingness to travel 30% to 50% are required.
