Our client is looking for an HR Manager to oversee HR operations and employee relations at its Stormville, New York location. This role involves providing comprehensive HR support to management and leading safety and compliance initiatives, including OSHA reporting, safety committee oversight, managing employee relations, performance management and benefits administration. The HR Manager will also ensure accurate payroll coordination and maintain HR systems and reporting. The ideal candidate should have over five years of HR experience, a strong background in manufacturing environments and a proven ability to handle high-conflict situations with resilience and confidence. Additionally, they should possess demonstrated expertise in safety and compliance, strong organizational and communication skills and experience with HRIS systems.
