Our client, a service-based organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce staffing initiatives. This person will be tasked with sourcing and hiring hourly talent, managing the onboarding process, supporting day-to-day HR administration and partnering with leaders to address employee relations and staffing needs. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in a blue-collar environment, strong relationship-building and conflict resolution skills and a hands-on approach to talent acquisition and HR operations.
