Our client, a leading U.S. manufacturer of durable construction equipment attachments, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting and financial control initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing the month-end close and general ledger, managing financial reporting and cash flow and strengthening accounting processes and internal controls to support continued growth. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience, proven leadership within an accounting function and a track record of improving financial processes in a manufacturing environment.
