The Director of International Business Development will drive growth in our client’s component repair and overhaul business unit as well as the maintenance, repair and operations business unit. This role involves leading strategic customer relationships, closing significant opportunities and formulating long-term business development and technical sales strategies. The Director will also implement tactical sales plans to expand the CRO/MRO units, assess market trends/opportunities and set data-driven sales objectives aligned with the company’s goals. Additionally, they will build and motivate a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure long-term profitable growth.
