Our client is a high-growth, privately held consumer products organization on a transformation journey. As it continues to grow, our client is looking to identify its first Director of Strategy help strategize and operationalize objectives for the organization and help drive to a successful exit. This person will be charged with driving quick impact on top and bottom line for the organization while also working cross functionally with the executive leadership team to drive meaningful change. As one of the most critical hires for the business, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of total experience, including 2+ years post-MBA at a top-tier management consulting firm. Consumer, retail and/or transformation experience is preferred but not required.
